Responsibilities:
- Â Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and other members of staff
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Assist in business planning and strategy development.
- Conduct research and prepare reports/presentations.
- Coordinate and oversee projects.
- Monitor budgets and financial data.
- Ensure efficient office operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields(preferred but not compulsory)
