Transilvania Academica Scholarship 2025 Overview 

The Transilvania Academica Scholarship is a competitive scholarship for international students from non-EU and non-EEA countries. It aims to:

• Attract international students to study at Transilvania University of Brașov.
• Create a network of “Ambassadors” to enhance the university’s global visibility.

Transilvania Academica Scholarship 2025 Eligibility

• Candidates must complete the online application form and submit the required documents.
• Open to applicants for bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree programs at Transilvania University.
• Scholarship renewal depends on the full passing of each academic year.

Transilvania Academica Scholarship 2025 Scholarship Benefits

The scholarship fully funds the recipient’s education and living expenses, covering:
✔ Tuition fees (including registration and graduation fees).
✔ Free accommodation in university dormitories (including holidays).
✔ Monthly stipend of 800 RON (~$170 USD), including holidays.
❌ Travel expenses and visa costs are the candidate’s responsibility.

Transilvania Academica Scholarship 2025 Application Requirements

Candidates must upload the following PDF documents in English via the online application form:
📌 Curriculum Vitae (CV) highlighting outstanding achievements.
📌 Motivation letter (max 1 page).
📌 Three recommendation letters supporting the candidate’s academic excellence.

🚨 Important:

• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• No additional documents can be submitted after the deadline.

Selection Process

• A selection committee appointed by the Rector of Transilvania University will evaluate applications based on the quality of submitted documents.
• Only successful candidates will be notified via email.

Application Timeline

📅 17 Feb -25 April 2025 – Candidate registration & online application submission.
📅 28 April – 28 May 2025 – Application evaluation.
📅 29 – 30 May 2025 – Approval of selected candidates (including a waiting list).
📅 2 June 2025 – Announcement of selected candidates via email.

Additional Information

• Selected candidates must complete the Romanian academic studies admission procedure.
