Job Title: Sales Representative
As a Growth & Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving Tolq’s mission in the German market, focusing on strategic decision-makers to showcase the transformative power of AI. You’ll shift the conversation from product features to value-driven, consultancy-led engagements, emphasizing AI as a solution to complex challenges.
Your Main Tasks Will Include:
- Partnering with German-speaking clients to identify and act on strategic AI opportunities, showcasing how Tolq’s consultancy can optimize workflows, solve pressing challenges, and drive measurable growth.
- Advocating for our customized training programs, designed to empower client teams to fully harness AI’s potential, ensuring sustainable and impactful integration.
- Articulating AI’s strategic value in German during engagements, highlighting AI’s role as a solution provider, with technology serving as a secondary enabler.
- Engaging new leads and establishing long-term relationships in the German-speaking market, positioning AI consultancy as a primary decision-making asset.
- Developing offers that underscore Tolq’s position as an AI accelerator, with a clear focus on consultancy and training benefits for German-speaking clients.

Skills & Experience:
- Native-level German proficiency (or fluency to the level of a native speaker) and a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales with a focus on strategic, consultative selling.
- Skilled in leading strategic discussions and securing buy-in from decision-makers.
- Experience engaging with diverse industries in strategic consultancy settings.
- Strong English communication skills, particularly in cross-functional and international settings.
- Analytical skills to pinpoint strategic AI opportunities and design consultancy-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with AI tools as secondary enablers in strategic contexts.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, with a strategic focus on engagements.
- Positive, adaptable attitude, with a sense of humor appreciated in a fast-evolving landscape.
- Enthusiasm for presenting AI-driven consultancy solutions in the German market.
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially with additional European languages.
