Job Title: Systems Analyst
We are looking for a Systems Analyst for our CTM team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team and business stakeholders to define and analyze Functional Requirements (FR) and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR).
- Establish priorities based on technical dependencies and resolve conflicts.
- Decompose complex systems and processes to provide context and assign tasks effectively.
- Manage changes in project requirements: identification, alignment, and documentation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis with a focus on requirements analysis and project planning.
- Experience in building product systems.
- Familiarity with project management and development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Ability to dive into product and business contexts and translate them into the technical capabilities of systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Experience with SQL.
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of basic HTTP methods and status codes.
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level, including the ability to read and write technical documentation and communicate with English-speaking stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Go and/or Python.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Understanding of the C4 model for visualizing software architecture.
- Hands-on experience in process modeling and system design using UML or BPMN, particularly with Diagram-as-Code tools like MermaidJS or PlantUML.
