• Collaborate with the product team and business stakeholders to define and analyze Functional Requirements (FR) and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR).
• Establish priorities based on technical dependencies and resolve conflicts.
• Decompose complex systems and processes to provide context and assign tasks effectively.
• Manage changes in project requirements: identification, alignment, and documentation.

• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis with a focus on requirements analysis and project planning.
• Experience in building product systems.
• Familiarity with project management and development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Ability to dive into product and business contexts and translate them into the technical capabilities of systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Experience with SQL.
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of basic HTTP methods and status codes.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level, including the ability to read and write technical documentation and communicate with English-speaking stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Go and/or Python.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of the C4 model for visualizing software architecture.
• Hands-on experience in process modeling and system design using UML or BPMN, particularly with Diagram-as-Code tools like MermaidJS or PlantUML.
