Job Title: Affiliate Project Manager

Develop and implement strategies to grow affiliate partnerships and maximize revenue
Identify new affiliate opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and onboard new affiliates
Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring strong, lasting collaborations.
Collaborate on integration processes, including tracking and reporting setup
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
Prepare reports on affiliate program effectiveness and performance, presenting key insights and growth opportunities

2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with proven success in building and optimizing partnerships
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, networks, and performance metrics
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
