Description
Job Title: Trainer
The ideal candidate possesses excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize your work using tools such as MS Excel and office equipment tools such as MS Excel and office equipment.
Requirements:
- +1 yr of OPI/VRI (interpreting) experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Cloud Document Management Skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Knowledge of various teaching methods
- Advanced research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Great Interpersonal skills and Adaptability
- Full Time Availability
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create training programs
- Prepare training material
- Search for new teaching strategies and initiatives.
- Organize orientation meetings, trainings and workshops for new candidates and active employees of the company.
of the company - Evaluate the performance of the candidates on a weekly basis.
- Motivate the candidates and create a pleasant atmosphere during the training.
- Keep track of training drop-outs and detail the reasons.
- Report behavioral problems and apply disciplinary measures accordingly.
- Maintain communication with supervisors for the transition of the applicant to operations.
- Maintain communication with IT to resolve any technical glitches before and during the nesting period.
- Ongoing training of new teaching methods.
- Assist in any function assigned by your superiors.
