Job Title: Product Manager
Carrot is seeking a Product Manager to be a strategic leader focused on improving healthcare data integration and supporting global member payments. This role will work closely with the global payments, customer success, implementation, and health data exchange vendors teams to help our product scale as Carrot grows.
The Team:Â
You will partner with a talented group of engineers and UX to build solutions that scale Carrot’s business globally. Additionally, you will work closely with the entire product organization to provide a cohesive experience for members and customers.
Minimum Qualifications:Â
- 1-3 years of product management experience at a fast-growing tech company
- Experience with health data exchanges or integrations
- An analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to quickly understand and communicate complex ideas to a diverse range of audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating with Change Healthcare for member plan and cost-share details
- Experience in digital health supporting companies at scale
Compensation:Â
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $135,000.00 – $150,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
