Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX/UI design of banking and fintech applications.
  
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups for web and mobile platforms.
  
• Ensure an intuitive and accessible user experience across all financial services interfaces.
  
• Work closely with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
  
• Apply design thinking methodologies and user research insights to improve usability.
  
• Maintain consistency in UI components, typography, and brand guidelines.
  
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback from internal and external users.
  

Requirements

• 4-5 + years of experience in UX/UI design.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in banking, fintech, or financial services applications.
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD.
  
• Experience working in agile teams with developers and product managers.
  
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions.
  
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
