Job Title: Technical Leader

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with deep expertise in AI/ML and full-stack development to lead our technology efforts. This role offers an opportunity to build and scale a high-impact SaaS platform from its early stages. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for data-driven solutions and a long-term vision for product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable, data-intensive solutions for AI-driven insights and automation.
• Design and optimize natural language querying systems for private capital insights.
• Lead the development of AI-driven investment theme generation and profile automation features.
• Oversee and manage the full technology stack, including a React frontend and database backend.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to align technology with business objectives.
• Grow and lead an engineering team as the company scales.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience:

• Proven track record as a CTO, Lead Engineer, or Principal Engineer in a SaaS startup or AI-focused company.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, data pipelines, and full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with React, Python/Django, AWS, and scalable architectures.
• Background in data aggregation, web scraping, and workflow automation.
• Experience with building and deploying AI-driven SaaS solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Hiring Process & Timeline:

• Initially hired as a contractor, with potential for equity and long-term partnership.
• G2i will conduct initial screenings, assessing cultural fit and technical background.

Work Arrangement:

• Remote-first, with a preference for candidates in NYC/Eastern Time Zone.
