As a Premium Client Care & Triage Virtual Assistant, you’ll be the first human connection in the client journey, bridging digital engagement with personalized attention. Responsibilities:

  • Engage new prospects within 24–48 hours of entry via phone or video call.
  • Conduct strategic discovery conversations to assess needs, goals, and readiness.
  • Qualify prospects based on business stage, investment capacity, and overall fit.
  • Deliver a high-end client experience through polished, professional communication.
  • Coordinate seamless handoffs to sales or strategy teams.
  • Maintain detailed CRM documentation after each interaction.
  • Send personalized follow-up messages and schedule next-step calls.
  • Continuously improve client engagement and triage processes for efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, triage, or premium customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English clear, confident, and refined.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of client readiness and transformation journeys.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with executive-level or high-value clients.
  • CRM proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple client interactions daily.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems and workflows.
  • Proactive mindset and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
