Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be international students (EU or non-EU)

• Apply for a full two-year Master’s programme fully based in Luxembourg

• Have excellent undergraduate academic performance

• Study full-time

• Not receive Luxembourg State Financial Aid or similar Luxembourg-funded scholarships

• Programmes with mandatory study abroad components are not eligible

• Regular students from regions including Western Balkans, Ibero-America, Thailand, Vietnam, Belarus, Egypt, India, Moldova, Russia, UK, Turkey, Ukraine

• Scholarship application follows invitation after programme review

• Results expected around mid-May 2026

How to Apply

1. Apply for an eligible Master’s programme via University of Luxembourg portal

2. Wait for programme evaluation

3. If shortlisted, receive scholarship application invitation

4. Submit scholarship form with:

   • Personal statement

   • Two academic recommendation letters

5. Await final selection decision

Additional Notes / Requirements

• Scholarship subject to academic performance review

• Cannot be combined with Luxembourg government/private scholarships

• Must confirm scholarship acceptance within 3 working days if selected

• Recipients sign scholarship agreement upon arrival in September 2026
