Join us for 1-year as a FUCAP Customer Strategy and Planning (CSP) intern if you meet the requirements listed below. This internship comes with a monthly Gross Stipend amount of NGN 90,000.
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Lagos state
Working hours: 8 am – 5 pm (Mondays – Fridays)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the team in reviewing market trends and shopper behaviour to help identify growth opportunities for the category.
- Assist in preparing category review presentations and growth summary reports.
- Help track category performance such as sales volume, revenue, pricing, and promotions.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Assist in developing and supporting channel activities that meet shopper and customer needs.
- Help prepare and update category documents, including innovation support materials and selling stories.
- Support demand and supply tracking by updating reports and trackers.
- Assist in managing Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) by tracking production, delivery, and deployment.
- Work closely with shopper marketing teams and agencies to ensure POSM activities are completed on time
- Support category and CSP events and initiatives from planning to execution
- Help monitor, track, and report on category activities and projects
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Must be serving or have completed NYSC
- Strong data analytical skills with the ability to interpret and track operational metrics.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Project Management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), coordination, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to multitask and follow through on assigned action items
- Available to work full-time for the duration of 1 year.
