A FMCG Dairy company focused on producing yoghurt drinks is urgently seeking experienced Sales Representatives with prior exposure in the dairy FMCG industry to cover Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah, and Ibeju axis of Lagos.

Requirements:

– He/She should be young, vibrant, bold, and socially well exposed

Area of Coverage:
– Island, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajah, Ibeju & its environment

Qualification: BSc/HND in Sales, Marketing, or related field

Work Experience:

– Minimum of 3 years

– Driving experience with a valid driver’s license

– Strong communication and customer relationship skills

Performance Expectations:
– Sell a minimum of 5 crates daily, 25 crates weekly, and 100 crates monthly (1 crate = 40 bottles)

( Onboard at least 2 new customers daily, 10 weekly, and 40 monthly

– Ensure all orders are supplied within 24 hours

– Sales must be cash and carry, except B2B transactions (to be paid within one week and approved by Internal Control)

– Ensure no products are returned expired

– Account for all sales activities daily before the next day’s operations

– Organize activation activities in newly registered outlets (supported by Zoi Unit)

Salary & Benefits:

– Gross Salary: ₦200,000

– Commission on sales, incentives & training included
