We are currently recruiting for an indigenous company in the Construction Sector, seeking to hire a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Graduate HR Intern to support the Human Resources function.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who has completed NYSC and is looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, administration, and people management processes.
Location: Lagos Island.
Pay: 150,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes
* Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
* Provide administrative support to the HR department
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and HR analytics
* Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
* Help coordinate training and development activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (minimum of Second Class Upper preferred)
* Must have completed NYSC (compulsory)
* 0–1 year post-NYSC experience
* Basic knowledge of HR processes and administrative functions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
Preferred:
* Candidates with basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting
* Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR is an added advantage.
