Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically sound Technical Assistant (TA) to support our architecture and interior design teams. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination, documentation, and execution of projects, while upholding the company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support in the preparation of architectural and interior design drawings and documentation
* Assist in coordinating project activities across design, procurement, and site execution phases
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, drawings, and specifications
* Support material selection processes in line with design intent and project requirements
* Prepare reports, schedules, and presentations for internal and client use
* Liaise effectively with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery
* Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring compliance with quality and design standards

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
* 2–4 years of relevant experience in an architectural or interior design firm
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design tools
* Strong understanding of construction processes and technical documentation
* Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
