Requirements

●Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
●2–4 years proven experience in an HR role (healthcare experience is an advantage)
●Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
●High level of discretion and confidentiality
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
●Membership or certification with CIPM is an added advantage
