Facilities / Administrative Support at Renmoney, Lagos
The Facilities / Administrative Support role is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of office facilities and providing administrative support to maintain a safe, functional, and well-organized work environment. The role supports vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and general office operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
What You Will Do:
- Support the day-to-day management of office facilities to ensure a safe and conducive work environment
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of office equipment and infrastructure
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor facility usage and ensure optimal functionality of office utilities
- Support procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment
- Maintain records of facility activities, vendor contracts, and service schedules
- Assist with general administrative duties including documentation and logistics coordination
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the workplace
- Support incident reporting and follow-up on facility-related issues
What You Bring:
Experience:
- Experience in facilities management or administrative support role
- HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) experience is an added advantage
Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration or related field
Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of facility operations and maintenance processes
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use basic office and reporting tools
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
