We’re looking for a sharp, curious, ambitious, and results-driven Business Analyst Intern to join our growing team in Lebanon.
This is a paid hybrid internship, offering both remote flexibility and occasional in-office collaboration at our M1 Building offices in Downtown Beirut.
This internship is an opportunity for you to experience what it’s like to work at maids.cc — and for us to get to know you. High-performing interns may receive a full-time offer upon completion.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze business problems, collect data, and create reports to support decision-making.
- Use AI tools, LLMs, and automation platforms to build and improve chatbots, workflows, and internal systems.
- Work with technologies such as OpenAI, n8n, LangChain, Notion, JIRA, Miro, and other modern business tools.
- Design workflows, wireframes, mockups, and process improvements to optimize operations.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to launch dashboards, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions.
- Support restructuring initiatives by defining KPIs and improving operational efficiency.
- Contribute to building real-world systems actively used across the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or any analytics-related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
