●Bachelor of Engineering/Higher National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering/ Building management

Skills and Desirable Qualities

●Strong interest in procurement, supply chain management, and the real estate industry.
●Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
●Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
●Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
●Knowledge of procurement software (ERP/SAP, etc) will be an added advantage.
