Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented NYSC Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle while working closely with experienced HR and Talent Acquisition professionals.

Job Details

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across various roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of recruitment reports and trackers.
• Assist with job postings across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records on the recruitment/HR system.
• Support onboarding activities for successful candidates.
• Assist with other Talent Acquisition and HR projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a current NYSC member posted to Abuja.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Previous internship or exposure to recruitment/HR is an added advantage.
