We are a growing B2B Digital Advertising Company looking for a smart, ambitious, and results-driven Lead & Sales Executive to join our team.

Ikeja/Maryland, Lagos
NGN 300,000 – NGN 350,000

YOUR MISSION

Your job is simple: find the right businesses, start meaningful conversations, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into paying clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and qualify B2B sales leads
• Identify and target potential business clients
• Reach prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and other channels
• Present and sell our digital advertising solutions
• Schedule meetings and follow up consistently with prospects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate prospect records
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Research new markets and identify potential business opportunities
• Provide regular lead-generation and sales reports

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, lead generation, digital marketing, advertising or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing abilities
• Confident speaking with business owners, executives and decision-makers
• Good understanding of digital advertising and social media marketing
• Proactive, ambitious, target-driven and self-motivated
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, social media and digital sales tools
• Female candidates are preferred
• Must reside around Ikeja, Maryland or nearby areas
