Job Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person, greet visitors and to provide administrative support to all employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good communication, both verbal and written
- Outgoing, professional and friendly
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
- Organizational skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work in a busy environment
- Basic knowledge accounts receivable and administrative tasks Ability to work well with co-workers and management team

- Knowledge of basic administrative skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide administrative support

- Basic knowledge of accounting as it pertains to client financial arrangements in a medical environment
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
- Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality pertaining to clients’ rights Knowledge of drug testing policies and procedures
