Job Description:

The Office Manager is responsible for answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person, greet visitors and to provide administrative support to all employees.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Good communication, both verbal and written
  • Outgoing, professional and friendly
  • Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
  • Organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work in a busy environment
  • Basic knowledge accounts receivable and administrative tasks Ability to work well with co-workers and management team
