To help us build a new ecosystem of hospitality tools that will be used by millions, we’re looking for a Partnerships Manager, who will be responsible for coordinating our efforts on Host and Partners acquisition.

The Partnerships Manager, will report to the Customer Success Manager, NG.

The Partnerships Manager, will work towards Increasing the company’s partnership base, grow revenue and satisfy all her existing partners. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. The Partnerships Manager should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Host onboarding and management
  • Curate a growth marketing plan
  • Run Marketing Campaigns Online
  • Customer Acquisition
  • Service Providers onboarding and management
  • Scout for collaboration opportunities with events to aid business growth and expansion
  • Manage, execute and monitor ambassadorship programs
  • Scout, onboard and manage influencers to help the business reach its target audience and revenue goal.
  • Work with external partners to develop new business opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets for products or services
  • Identifying potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships
  • Negotiating terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship
  • Manage partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts
  • Establishing new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements
  • Developing and managing long-term relationships with partners in order to increase sales opportunities and customer loyalty
  • Using data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships
  • Managing the legal aspects of partnerships by drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and managing disputes
  • Keep up to date on the competitor landscape and gather market intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Decision making skills
  • Strong management skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Knowledge of digital marketing products
  • Prior experience in hospitality management, travels and tours agencies hotel management is a plus
