We are looking for field sales agents who re excited to join our fast-growing team in order to build and grow our merchant database in the market.

This candidate must be ready to move fast and add value to our team, owning merchant acquisition and successfully winning the business of retailers and implementing Youcloud solutions.

1. Identify high-quality, running businesses and sigh them up for our Youcloud POS retail management/Youresto Solution;
2. Ensure 100% client retention on new clients and 90% client retention on existing clients;
3. Ensure all merchants acquired are well on-boarded and trained
4. Achieve all monthly set targets as per company policy
5. Analyze market trends and challenges faced by clients and communicate the same to the head of business growth.

THIS ROLE IS ON A COMMISSION BASIS, However Transport and airtime allowances will be paid monthly.
