AIT Scholarships 2025 for Master’s and Doctoral Studies in Thailand Overview

The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand offers generous, no-bond scholarships to international students applying for Master’s and Doctoral programs at its School of Engineering and Technology (SET), School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD), and School of Management (SOM). The scholarships aim to develop skilled scientists, engineers, and managers for the Asian Economic Community and beyond.

AIT Scholarships 2025 for Master’s and Doctoral Studies in Thailand Eligibility

• Open to applicants of all nationalities

• Must meet AIT’s English Proficiency Requirement:

  • IELTS-Academic or AIT EET score of 5.0+ for Master’s

  • IELTS-Academic or AIT EET score of 5.5+ for Ph.D.

• Master’s applicants must have a four-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

• Ph.D. applicants must have a Master’s degree with:

  • CGPA of 3.50+ in Master’s

  • CGPA of 2.75+ in a Bachelor’s from a top university

AIT Scholarships 2025 for Master’s and Doctoral Studies in Thailand: Benefits

• Covers full or partial tuition fees

• Students are responsible for:

  • Remaining tuition

  • Registration fees: 20,000 Baht/semester

  • Living expenses: 11,500–15,000 Baht/month

• Scholarships are awarded once before enrollment and remain unchanged during the study period
