BMW Group Change Maker Fellowship 2025  Overview

The BMW Group Change Maker Fellowship, in partnership with ESMT Berlin, offers scholarships to talented young professionals with backgrounds in mathematics or technology. The fellowship supports three ESMT Berlin programs: Master in Global Management, Full-time MBA, and Global Online MBA, starting in October 2025. Fellows will also gain direct exposure to BMW Group experts and join exclusive networking opportunities.

BMW Group Change Maker Fellowship 2025 Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Hold a degree or current employment in mathematics or technology (e.g., computing, IT, automation, digitalization).

• Be a citizen or permanent resident of Germany, India, Portugal, Romania, or South Africa. Refugees in Germany are also eligible.

• For the Master in Global Management and Full-time MBA, be 30 years old or younger as of September 1, 2025.

• Meet the standard admission requirements of the selected ESMT program.

BMW Group Change Maker Fellowship 2025 Benefits

• Master in Global Management: 2 fellowships, each covering 50% of tuition (€17,500).

• Full-time MBA: 2 fellowships, each covering 90% of tuition (€45,000).

• Global Online MBA: 4 fellowships covering 100% of tuition (€28,000).

• Additional benefits include direct interaction with BMW Group experts and enhanced career-building networks.

BMW Group Change Maker Fellowship 2025 Application Requirements

• Complete the standard ESMT application for your selected program.

• In the Scholarships section, apply for the BMW Group Change Maker Fellowship.

• Answer this fellowship-specific question:
  “The BMW Group seeks to actively shape the future of mobility; what aspect of a digital future fascinates you the most and why?”

BMW Group Change Maker Fellowship 2025: Selection Criteria

• Strong academic or professional background in math or tech fields.

• Well-articulated motivation for digital innovation and impact.

• Alignment with BMW’s vision for a digital future and global mobility.

Restrictions

• The fellowship does not cover travel expenses, additional elective fees (e.g., Berlin or Global Experience Weeks), or optional services like 1:1 career coaching.

Application Process

1. Choose your preferred program (Master in Global Management, Full-time MBA, or Global Online MBA).

2. Submit your program application via the ESMT portal.

3. Complete the BMW fellowship question in the Scholarships section.

4. Application deadlines:

   • Master in Global Management: 31 May 2025

   • Global Online MBA: 10 August 2025

   • Full-time MBA: 22 August 2025
