The Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme offers fully funded master’s study opportunities at King’s College London for students from eligible low and middle-income Commonwealth countries. The scheme supports academically strong individuals who cannot afford to study in the UK, with a focus on health-related fields such as mental health, psychology, and palliative care.
Eligibility
Applicants must:

Be a citizen or refugee of an eligible Commonwealth country and permanently resident there.

Be ready to start studies in the UK by September 2026.

Hold at least a 2:1 degree, or a 2:2 plus a relevant postgraduate qualification.

Not have studied or worked in a high-income country for more than one academic year.

Be unable to finance a UK study without the scholarship.

Meet King’s entry requirements and be fluent in English.

Commit to returning to their home country after completing the programme.

Application Fee Waiver:

Submit the Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme Application Fee Waiver Form by 02 January 2026.

Applicants nominated by King’s will receive final confirmation from the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission by July 2026.
