JOB DISCRIPTION OF AN ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
To be successful as an account relationship officer(Marketer) , you should be persuasive and knowledgeable of company’s products. Ultimately, an outstanding account relationship officer should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
· You should at least have National diploma or relevant qualification.
· A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
· Good understanding of office administration and basic accounting/ bookkeeping practices.
· Superb written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
· Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
