Job Title: Accounts Receivable Officer

Internet Solutions Nigeria is a leading provider of internet services to corporate and residential clients. Our team operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring top-notch service delivery to our esteemed clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Accounts team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receivables of all corporate and residential host clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Handle receivables for all corporate and residential host clients.
• Reconcile all account managers’ files.
• Keep updated records of receivables and invoices, including newly issued and unpaid invoices.
• Make constant follow-ups with customers regarding payment schedules.
• Issue invoices to clients via mail, ensuring account managers are kept in the loop.
• Assess the credit status of each customer and make recommendations accordingly.
• Manage receivables efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:

• BA/BSC/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Professional qualification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Accounting, and ERP software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
