Job Title: Additional Services Specialist
Emerging Travel Group (ETG) is looking to hire an Additional Services Specialist, who will help our clients to add additional services to their bookings in a more effective way.
Responsibilities
- helping clients and partners to handle requests to add additional services, cancel or change bookings;
- communication with hotels and suppliers;
- recording information in the CRM system about work done.
Qualifications
- knowledge of English on at least Upper Intermediate level: are capable of speaking on the phone in English, can write in business English;
- ability to learn quickly and be results-focused and stress-resistant;
- multi-tasking skills;
- possession of a strong sense of empathy;
- responsibility and carefulness.

- schedule 5/2 (Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. GMT +3) or 2/2 rotating shifts (2 days work from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.GMT +3 / 2 days off, including weekends);
