Position: Administrative manager

Responsibilities:

  •  Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and other members of staff
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Assist in business planning and strategy development.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports/presentations.
  • Coordinate and oversee projects.
  • Monitor budgets and financial data.
  • Ensure efficient office operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields(preferred but not compulsory)
