JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, provides administrative and managerial support to ensure its efficient running of the company. Responsible for procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
Manages clients and vendors interactions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Manages office supplies stock and places orders;
· Prepares regular reports on expenses and office budgets;
· Maintains and update company databases;
· Organizes filing system for important and confidential company documents;
· Responds to inquiries by employees and clients;
· Establishes, develops, maintains and manages positive professional customer relationships;
· Reaches out to leads and customers through calls, emails and other digital channels;
· Expedites the resolutions of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer experience and increase customers satisfaction;
· Coordinates sales effort with team members;
· Provides management with reports on sales activities, competitive activities, and potential markets for the company’s products and services;
· Organize travel documents
· Manages office activities and oversee the general running of the business;
· Maintains a company calendar and schedule appointments;
· Distributes and stores correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages);
· Schedules in-house and external events.
EDUCATION:
· Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from any reputable institution
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools
· Knowledge of the use of CRM tools.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
· Understanding of administrative functions.
