Our client, is looking for an Administrative Officer to join the team and support the daily office procedures. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

Required Job Description:

• Supervising other departments performances
• Organizing and overseeing office welfare
• Creating content and managing the social media page
• Working hand-in-hand with other departments to ensure smooth run of office operations
• Manage office supplies stock and order new supplies as needed
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Maintain and update company databases
• Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
• Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
• Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
• Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
• Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
• Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Book meeting rooms as required
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages)
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Schedule in-house and external events
• Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
• Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
• Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
• Responding to comments on each of our accounts.

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in business administration or business management is advantageous.
• Proven experience working in an office environment.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of business management.
• The ability to multitask.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Social media skills
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
