Role Overview

We at Lindy.ai are seeking a skilled AI Researcher with NLP/LLM specialization to join our team and contribute to the development of natural language processing models. As an AI Researcher, you will be responsible for building and training models, performing prompt engineering and data collection. As long as working with the rest of the product and engineering team to bring results of your work into production. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and making a significant impact within the company. Please note: This hybrid office position requires you to live in the Bay Area. Job Description

• Must-haves
  • At least 3 years of experience in NLP, including the application of predictive models
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in programming and strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in statistics and linear algebra
  • MLOPS experience
  • Knowledge of LLMs and transformer networks
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Good understanding of cloud services like AWS or GCP, ability to optimize resources to minimize cost
  • Experience with productization of ML/AI solutions
  • Knowledge of the CI pipeline and working with Git/GitHub
