 Job Description:

We are looking for a Card Operations Analyst/ Officer to join our Card Ops Team

🔧 We are waiting for you to work on :

  • Be involved in the full lifecycle of contracts from the negotiation and implementation of new partners, to the supervision and analysis of their performance.
  • Develop and review card operations SLAs regularly.
  • Manage multiple relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure card operations are functioning optimally – Identify process gaps within the card operations team and improve them.
  • Work closely with Internal/External stakeholders like processor, payment scheme, FEP team, business, risk, legal, settlement and reconciliation, antifraud and compliance.
  • Review customer engagement feedback and then suggest ways to improve card operation processes and customer service levels.
  • Listen for and gather feedback from cardholders to improve the product and user experience
  • Ensure effective complaint management and prompt resolution to logged issues.
  • Deepened customer loyalty by providing superior customer service experience on cards.
  • Work with third party vendors and partners to ensure cards are issued and delivered to FairMoney’s customers in a timely and predictable manner
  • Constant review of the bank card processes to ensure strict adherence with the industry standards.
  • Providing 2nd level support and troubleshooting for all card products to both internal and external customers of the Bank.
  • Liaising with Perso Bureau on card personalization and logistics partners on card delivery.

Preferred Experience

  • 1-2 years digital financial services or banking industry experience with electronic payment systems.
  • University degree Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Excellent use of MS Office Applications such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in the banking industry, cards system and Gateway
  • Knowledge in working with ATM and POS and setting up cards activities.
  • Analytical and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, Union-Pay)
