Job Title: B2B / Enterprise Sales
About The Role: This is a strategic hire for Utiva and we are building a team of 3-5 sales partnership growth hackers to help us achieve our vision of becoming the largest talent training, workforce development and talent hiring company on the continent.
You will be selling two things:
1. Our technology platform(with contents and training pedagogy) which helps companies develop their talents in any premium skill like Programming, Cloud Computing, Tech Sales etc.
2. Talents that have been intensely developed by Utiva and ready to join any team!
We are going on a tech talent development sprint- training over 10,000 engineers for the continent and building one of the largest partnership networks to hire these talents.
Here is the JD:
* Manage and close multi-million dollar partnerships deals with corporations that makes us onboard them as the partners for technology talents recruiters.
* Create a detailed plan on how each partnership initiative will be implemented and ensure proper execution
* Leverage technology to drive the scale of this partnership growth.
* Run and lead meetups and other major sessions as major points of engaging partners.
* Identify and develop new opportunities for Utiva across different parts of the value industry
* Drive intercontinental partnership for the company.
* Drive new partner integration or product improvement projects from start to finish, working very closely with the commercial Lead.
* Preempt partner needs; manage product development roadmaps internally to build reporting, marketing, and other tools instrumental to partner success.
* Create and generate leads, prospect clients and focus strongly on closing deals.
* Be actively involved in the social media marketing of activities and help build a strategic relationship
* Represent the company at different strategic meetings
Ideal candidate:
1. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant discipline 3-5 years experience in B2B (Insurance or Banking Sector)
2. Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
3. Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
4. Experience with corporate governance.
5. Proven negotiation skills.
6. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
