Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Examine accounts or claims to ensure that the correct evidence and information is obtained in accordance with the standard required and contract porcedures
- Update computer records with claim information and gathering information from customers.
- Ensure correct documentation is completed and that all work is well presented and in line with procedures.
- Meet targets within agreed accuracy levels.
- In certain circumstances, dealing with customers in person, ensuring accurate information is given in a positive manner. Dealing with other organisations, such as Her Majesty’s Revenues and Customs and the Department for Work and Pensions by telephone.
- Investigate, locate and select information required to assure the integrity of claims or data.
- Carry out other administration duties as required.

- Solid understanding of current legislation and best practice
- A good manner and ability to deal with customers with sympathy and tact
- Working to deadlines and achieving performance targets
