mdf commerce Inc. is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.We are currently looking for a Billing Technician to join our Finance team.What will your main responsibilities look like?In This Role, You Will Be Led To

• Prepare daily invoices for contracts with various companies;
• Respond promptly and accurately to various billing inquiries from representatives;
• Ensure daily management of various email boxes;
• Daily reconciliation of payments (credit card, direct deposits, etc.);
• Weekly reconciliation of bank deposits and AR auxiliaries;
• Monthly billing of inter-company transactions;
• Collection procedures related to certain AR accounts;
• Prepare various reports;
• Prepare and enter accounting entries in a multi-currency and multi-company environment.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?

• Your high adaptability in a changing environment;
• Your readiness to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
• Your proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and your ease with accounting systems;
• Your excellent language and communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with internal and external English—and French-speaking colleagues and partners across Canada;
• Your thoroughness and attention to detail;
• Your ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
• Your college diploma (D.E.C.) in administration or accounting;
• Your relevant experience (at least 3 years).
• *A good knowledge of Microsoft Business Central would be considered an asset that would set you apart.
