Brand & Marketing Designer at Scale Army, Remote

The Brand & Marketing Designer will shape and maintain the company’s evolving brand identity across all marketing and corporate touchpoints. They will translate existing brand guidelines into scalable design systems while working across two visual styles, the current brand and the new brand guidelines scheduled to launch in February 2026.

They will help establish design processes and build a comprehensive asset library, including iconography, photography, templates, and supporting materials that enable the marketing team to produce high-quality, on-brand content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Systems & Templates

  • Develop and implement branded templates for white papers, guides, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
  • Build new presentation templates in Google Slides and PowerPoint for corporate and sales use.
  • Refresh and adapt existing collateral to align with updated brand standards.

Marketing & Corporate Design Support

  • Design and maintain assets for social media, events, presentations, trade shows, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to prioritize deliverables and align design output with campaign objectives.
  • Help establish internal design workflows and best practices for managing design requests, project tracking, and file organization.

Asset Management & Brand Consistency

  • Organize and manage the company’s design asset library, ensuring easy access and version control.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across all visual materials while supporting continuous brand growth.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand or marketing design, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience creating and managing template systems and brand collateral across digital and print formats.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for both corporate and marketing materials.
  • Ability to operationalize brand guidelines and maintain consistency across multiple channels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Enjoys turning brand guidelines into practical, easy-to-use systems and templates.
  • Strong collaborator who communicates effectively across teams.
  • Creative problem solver with a process-driven approach to design execution.
