Business Development/Education Lead
About the job
- Generate new sales leads in the academia – primary, secondary and tertiary institutions; and other learning institutes
- Generate new businesses with Government Ministries, Departments Agencies; and other stakeholders along the education value chain; on the Federal and State levels.
- Negotiate clients’ pricing and forecast revenue sales in conjunction with the technology team.
- Helping Vatebra maximize her profit
- Developing Quotes and proposals for prospective clients in the educational sector.
- Design, develop and implement business expansion strategies
Person Specification
QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- MBA will be an added advantage
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Not less than 5 years experience as a business development manager or executive in the public sector field
- Public Sector Sales experience in a Technology Company or Bank would be a great advantage
- Strong track record in previous roles held
- Candidate should be exposed to the development in the education sector and have good networking in the sector
- Similar/previous experience in the application of technology in the education sector will be an added advantage
