Job Title: Business Development Officer/Manager

Salary: ₦300,000/month
A leading brand and marketing company in the entertainment industry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Officer/Manager to drive growth, build partnerships, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze customer bases to identify growth opportunities and improve retention strategies.
-Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan with measurable goals and timelines.
-Conduct market research and business intelligence to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
-Engage clients and customers, ensuring high satisfaction and positive relationships.
-Organize and represent the company at networking events to boost brand visibility.
-Develop marketing strategies and manage the annual marketing budget.
-Strengthen business development processes, from lead generation to proposal submissions.
-Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-Collaborate with creative teams to develop advertising strategies and public-facing communications.
-Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance metrics and customer insights.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related fields (or substantial experience).
-Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
-Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Proficiency in developing and managing strategic partnerships.
-Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for growth.
