Job Title: Business Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the Tax Technology domain;
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on tax and technology solutions;
• Oversee the implementation of tax technology solutions for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope;
• Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations for client projects;
• Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and expand product offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or project management within the Tax Technology. ERP systems, or consulting industries;
• Strong understanding of tax compliance processes and familiarity with technology solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Vertex, Avalara);
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets;
• Solid project management skills, including experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering client projects;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business areas;
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field;
• Experience in managing complex tax technology implementations;
• Knowledge of automation, data analytics, AI or emerging technologies in tax and finance.
