Business Operations Analyst
Job Summary
The job holder will provide financial planning and analysis support for management with an understanding of KPIs and financial metrics; Understand the different data sources in the company to develop effective dashboards for stakeholders; Be resourceful, analytical, and eager to dive into data and assist in the standardization metrics and reporting dashboards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support in the maintenance and continuous improvement of operating efficiency of financial reporting and loan repayment processes.
- Prepare monthly executive reports including key performance metrics
- Aggregate various data sources into simple & clean reports/dashboards for various teams to gain visibility and execute actions
- Collaborate with the various teams in the company to improve data, design outputs, and measure ongoing business performance
- Standardization of reporting tools & metrics
- Build dashboards to transform raw data into actionable business insights
- Spot trends and data connections
- Deep dive into data to identify metrics for performance drivers Identify avenues to improve business insights function to achieve strategic plans and drive business growth
- Management of existing tools & reports to keep the information up to date
- Continuously automate their workflow to keep the intensity on the latest focus topics.
Requirements:
- Higher-level qualification in STEM, Finance, Economics, or another course of a similar study
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of data analytics tools (such as Tableau and Power-Bi) is a plus
- Skilled in presenting information and drawing out insights from data to enable us to continuously improve our operations as we scale
- Dedicated team player who will enthusiastically support the wider team in executing joint missions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal with complex problems and communicate findings in a clear, concise format
- Highly motivated problem solver possessing multi-tasking capabilities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy to meet deadlines
- Independently capable of adapting to fast-paced environments, solving conceptual problems, and delivering results in varying situations
