About the role

MetaMap is seeking a creative Business Recruiter to support the Global Talent team. This recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment life cycle, supporting market expansion roles in the Africa region. From generating a pipeline to a successful offer, the recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire candidate process. It is a critical role in hiring talent across all disciplines within our Sales recruiting team.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive process improvements to help make the hiring process more effective, efficient, and positive for both hiring managers and candidates
  • Own the entire candidate lifecycle for various roles within the Sales and Business Development teams
  • Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs
  • Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals, and passive candidates through networking and research
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Ideally, in-house at a tech company/ corporate and at an agency
  • Experience recruiting for Data Partnership/ Sales/ GTM/ Marketing roles in a technical environment sourced through various channels
  • Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives
  • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems and internet sourcing tools
  • Demonstrated excellence and passion for candidate experience at each step of the recruiting process
  • Solid communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results through an analytical and data-driven approach
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in French is a plus
