Duties

• Formulating a cross-platform content strategy
• Writing, editing and proofreading content
• Create and manage content across all platforms, including proposals, websites, emails, social media, etc
• Track website, email and social analytics to ascertain and improve content engagement levels
• Collaborating with a content team consisting of graphic designers, videographers, etc
• Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas
• Customer interaction and relationship management
• Provide editorial, creative and technical support

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly computer literate
• Understanding of content management systems
• Understanding of email communication and management
• Understanding of social media communication and management
• Understanding of keyword placement and SEO best practices
