ROLE:Â Content SpecialistÂ

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM:Â
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the account produces high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will be responsible for creating day-to-day content that aligns with the brand’s tone of voice and brand guidelines. This role focuses on delivering creative, well-written content that resonates with the target audience and supports marketing initiatives, product launches, and thought leadership. Â
As an individual contributor, you’ll collaborate with other teams to develop content, ensuring it’s on brand, delivered on time, and meets a high standard of quality. Â
You’ll be a champion of the account’s tone of voice and verbal identity, knowing what makes us sound like us Â
This role will focus on delivering visually stunning, impactful, and effective digital design across performance marketing channels.Â
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Â
- Create high-quality day-to-day content, including emails, social media posts, web copy, and blogs. 
- Support thought leadership projects (e.g., podcasts, case studies, award nominations, whitepapers). 
- Collaborate with product marketing to ensure product-related content is on brand (e.g., demo videos, product launch materials). 
- Ensure all content you produce adheres to the brand’s tone of voice and verbal identity, and be a champion for ensuring those documents are kept up to date and everyone knows where those documents are and how to use them  
- Work with designers and videographers to develop multimedia content (e.g., video scripts, PDFs). 
- Research industry trends and competitor content to inform your work. 
- Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimised for digital channels. 
- Maintain and organise content repositories for easy access and future use. 
- Track basic content performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement. 
WHAT IS REQUIRED:Â
- Strong creative writing skills with a good understanding of tone of voice and brand identity. 
- Ability to deliver high-quality content that is engaging and on brand. 
- Basic understanding of SEO and blogging best practices. 
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail. 
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders. 
- Proactive in identifying content gaps and opportunities. 
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Quality and consistency of day-to-day content. 
- Timely delivery of content for marketing initiatives and product launches. 
- Engagement metrics (e.g., social media interactions, blog views, email open rates).
