Relationship Officer at CreditWave Finance

The Relationship Officer is responsible for managing a financial product.

(S)he will remain polite and sensitive towards people while remaining committed to their purpose and persistent.

(S)he must have excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with our partners. Excellent communication and organisational skills are instrumental to success in this role.

(S)he must be good with numbers, and interpreting data and have no problem explaining complex information in simple terms

(S)he will:

·         Consistently deliver first-class customer service

·         Perform business development tasks, including managing the pipeline by generating leads and referral business, and maintaining relationships with existing and past clients

·         Manage our relationship with our partner financial institution and keep management informed on progress regularly

·         Maintain current knowledge of the economy, market rates, vendors, and competitors

·         Support the organization’s robust relationship through existing customers’ contact, quality customer service and products’ information

·         Hold a high bar for support during customer interactions

·         Prompt customers before their credit period elapses so they can roll over if need be

·         Meet and communicate with applicants and assist them through the account opening process with our partner financial institution

·         Ensure all necessary information and documentation is submitted and is recorded properly

·         Prepare and send in reports in the approved template

·         Any other related duties as assigned
