Job Title: CRM Assistant

As a CRM Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting our sales and production teams. Your ability to understand the full lifecycle of a lead and to hold team members accountable within our system will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Management: Oversee and manage our CRM system (Acculynx), ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and efficiently organized.
  • Data Accuracy: Conduct regular audits of the database to maintain data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead Tracking: Monitor and manage the progression of leads through the CRM system from inception to completion, ensuring that all necessary steps are followed.
  • Team Support: Provide support to sales and production teams by addressing CRM-related issues, generating reports, and facilitating communication between departments.
  • Accountability: Help enforce system usage best practices and hold team members accountable for their roles within the CRM system.
  • Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize CRM workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Experience: Previous experience with CRM systems, preferably Acculynx, is highly desirable. Experience within the Home Services industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management, data entry, and reporting. Strong knowledge of CRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to see the big picture and understand the entire lead lifecycle within the CRM system.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and provide clear guidance.
  • Problem-Solving: Adept at identifying problems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to optimize CRM usage.
