Location: Gbagada, Lagos

We are currently recruiting for the role of customer service personnel.

Job Description

• Provides daily direction so that customer service calls and queries are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
• Escalating customer’s issues via appropriate channels for proper resolution.
• Evaluate customer challenges and proffer solutions.
• Manage and resolve customers’ complaints.
• Use of suggestive selling techniques to promote services.
• Proffer options and alternatives to customers and offer assistance in making choices, as the case may be.
• Ensuring that the service provided will lead to repeat purchases
• Updating customer records and providing feedback to management for better customer service performance.

Required qualification

• Minimum of BSc/HND in any field.
• Must be computer literate/savvy
• Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are a plus.
• Candidate should have at least one year experience in a similar role.

Location: GBAGADA, Close to UPS Bustop.

• Proximity to Gbagada is an advantage
• HMO and Pension are also included.
