 Customer Care Representative (Night Shift)
Job Description:
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Accurately record and update customer information on call, across necessary internal platforms or applications.
- Make accurate bookings for customers.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 1 – 2 years of work experience
- Candidate must be fluent in English.
- Must be willing and available to work the night shift
- Candidate must be a Computer literate who is able to handle basic Microsoft packages
- Candidates must also have an excellent sense of priorities.
- Candidate must have good analytic skills
- Candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision.
