 Customer Care Representative (Night Shift)

Job Description:

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Accurately record and update customer information on call, across necessary internal platforms or applications.
  • Make accurate bookings for customers.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 1 – 2 years of work experience
  • Candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Must be willing and available to work the night shift
  • Candidate must be a Computer literate who is able to handle basic Microsoft packages
  • Candidates must also have an excellent sense of priorities.
  • Candidate must have good analytic skills
  • Candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision.
